Description: Delicate lines in alternating matt and shiny surfaces create extra dimension and depth in Cover. The soft, dense viscose pile catches the light, creating a lustrous, vibrant effect that emphasises the rug's textural contrasts.
Colour variation: Variations in colour and texture can arise between batches of yarn and dye baths.
Irregularities: Irregularities may occur as a result of the handmade process.

Regular cleaning by vacuuming. Vacuum in the direction of the rug’s pile, but not with the brushes in the “out position”. Do not clean stains with water as this might damage the rug. To be washed flat by a professional carpet cleaner. Most new rugs “shed” and this is very normal. Excess pile should be removed from the rug as it appears. Heavy furniture on the rug may leave the pile flat which is a normal characteristic for viscose rugs. Please note that the colours may fade, if the rug is exposed to strong sunlight for an extended period. We recommend underlay to avoid discolouration.

As a consumer, when you buy from us, you have a 14-day cooling-off period, in which you have the right to cancel the purchase.

This cooling-off period expires 14 days after the day on which you received your goods.

The return of your parcel and goods is free of charge if (i) you use our return label, (ii) you use UPS as the freight carrier and (iii) the goods you are returning are smaller than 300x400cm.

You can return the parcel by using this return portal here or by using standard cancellation form.

For rugs that is from size 300x400 and above please contact our customer service to schedule a pick-up. For these sizes we use carrier Dachser for special handling.
