As a consumer, when you buy from us, you have a 14-day cooling-off period, in which you have the right to cancel the purchase.
This cooling-off period expires 14 days after the day on which you received your goods.
The return of your parcel and goods is free of charge if (i) you use our return label, (ii) you use UPS as the freight carrier and (iii) the goods you are returning are smaller than 300x400cm.
You can return the parcel by using this return portal here or by using standard cancellation form.
For rugs that is from size 300x400 and above please contact our customer service to schedule a pick-up. For these sizes we use carrier Dachser for special handling.

two contrasting halves
Echo Yano’s surface is divided into two clearly defined structures. On one side, the yarn appears in a bouclé construction, which lifts the fibres and reflects the light, resulting in a light and more vibrant surface.
The other section is executed in cut pile, where the yarn is seen from above. Here, the colour appears deeper and more saturated, as the light is more readily absorbed into the dense, cut pile.
Defined by these contrasting techniques, Echo Yano uses tactile variation and nuanced detailing to express a delicate balance of light and depth. The contrast introduces a subtle dynamism and a clear tactile variation, creating a shifting aesthetic where shadow softens light and texture becomes a quiet yet expressive language.
