As a consumer, when you buy from us, you have a 14-day cooling-off period, in which you have the right to cancel the purchase.
This cooling-off period expires 14 days after the day on which you received your goods.
The return of your parcel and goods is free of charge if (i) you use our return label, (ii) you use UPS as the freight carrier and (iii) the goods you are returning are smaller than 300x400cm.
You can return the parcel by using this return portal here or by using standard cancellation form.
For rugs that is from size 300x400 and above please contact our customer service to schedule a pick-up. For these sizes we use carrier Dachser for special handling.

Timeless design
Danish designer Kim Naver originally created Kimex in the early 1980s for the exhibition group “Ægte Danske Tæpper”. Four decades later, Kimex stands today as a classic design, where harmonious aesthetics, symmetrical precision and fine craftsmanship meet. Each rug is hand-knotted by Linie Design’s experienced weavers, thereby continuing the tradition of craftsmanship that has been part of the design since its inception.
