The return of your parcel and goods is free of charge if (i) you use our return label, (ii) you use UPS as the freight carrier and (iii) the goods you are returning are smaller than 300x400cm.
You can return the parcel by using this return portal here or by using standard cancellation form.
For rugs that is from size 300x400 and above please contact our customer service to schedule a pick-up. For these sizes we use carrier Dachser for special handling.

Ethos View rug juxtaposes sumptuously thick pile between raw flat-woven sections at either end, creating an intriguing contrast that invites touch. The fringed ends complete the tactile palette, serving as an elegant frame to this structural composition. Made from a combination of soft New Zealand wool and jute, the rug features an organic cotton warp.
