Description: With its long, densely-woven pile and earthy tones, Luminary Sun has a natural beauty that is both striking and understated at the same time. Crafted in pure linen with an organic cotton warp that gives the thick pile an authentic rustic quality, the rug brings a feeling of nature inside with effortless elegance.
Colour variation: Variations in colour and texture can arise between batches of yarn and dye baths.
Irregularities: Irregularities may occur as a result of the handmade process.

Regular cleaning by vacuuming. Vacuum in the direction of the rug’s pile, but not with the brushes int he “out position”. Do not clean stains with water as this might damage the rug. To be washed flat by a professional carpet cleaner. Most new rugs will shed hair upon usage which is natural. Excess pile should be removed from the rug as it appears. Please note that the colours may fade if the rug is exposed to strong sunlight for an extended period. We recommend underlay to avoid discolouration.

As a consumer, when you buy from us, you have a 14-day cooling-off period, in which you have the right to cancel the purchase.

This cooling-off period expires 14 days after the day on which you received your goods.

The return of your parcel and goods is free of charge if (i) you use our return label, (ii) you use UPS as the freight carrier and (iii) the goods you are returning are smaller than 300x400cm.

You can return the parcel by using this return portal here or by using standard cancellation form.

For rugs that is from size 300x400 and above please contact our customer service to schedule a pick-up. For these sizes we use carrier Dachser for special handling.
