How to return my rug using the Return Portal.
Please use our Return Portal here. Go through the steps and confirm. You will then receive a confirmation by e-mail.
If you are returning two or more rugs, a separate return request must be submitted for each item. This ensures that you receive an individual return label for every rug.

Once you have created the return and received the confirmation, please follow below steps:
- Carefully roll the rug as you received it, insert in polybag and close it.
- Put the label on the package (Please cover the old label) or Download and print shipping label.
- Return the package with UPS.
- Package below 1 meter and 20 kg:
- Please use Access Point or Home Return pick-up.
- Package above 1 meter and 20 kg:
- Please use Home Return pick-up.

or - Call your local UPS customer service to schedule af pick-up.
For rugs that is from size 300x400 and above please contact our customer service to schedule a pick-up. For these sizes we use carrier Dachser for special handling.
