Returns, warranty & Right of Withdrawal
Please use our portal below to return a product, submit a complaint, or exercise your right of withdrawal.
The process only takes a few minutes. By submitting your request, you notify us of your decision where applicable. You will receive confirmation by email.
How it works
1. Register your request
Use the Return & Withdrawal Portal to submit your request. Select return, complaint, or withdrawal and complete the form.
2. Receive confirmation
You will receive an email confirming that we have received your request.
3. Prepare your return
Follow the instructions and use the return label provided in the portal or confirmation email.
4. Send the parcel
Return the item using the suggested carrier and method.

Right of withdrawal (EU consumers)
Orders already processed or shipped cannot be cancelled before delivery. However, you may exercise your right of withdrawal within 14 days after receiving your order through our Return & Withdrawal Portal.
The withdrawal period expires 14 days after:
- The day you receive the goods
- The day you receive the last item in an order delivered in parts
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by:
- Submitting a request via our Return & Withdrawal Portal, or
- Contacting us at info@liniedesign.dk
Refusing delivery alone does not constitute withdrawal unless you notify us.
You may withdraw from part of an order. In such cases, delivery costs are not refunded.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to products made to your specifications or clearly personalized items.
Return condition and refund
You are liable for any reduction in value if the product has been handled beyond what is necessary to establish its nature and characteristics.
We recommend returning items in original packaging, as missing packaging may affect the refund amount.
If you withdraw from a purchase:
- You will receive a refund of all payments, including standard delivery costs
- Additional delivery costs (premium shipping) are not refunded
- Refunds are made within 14 days after we receive the item or documentation of return
- Refunds are issued using the original payment method
We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or proof that they have been sent.
How to return your rug
Once your request has been registered and confirmed, follow the steps below:
- Carefully roll the rug as received
- Place it in the polybag and close it securely
- Attach the return label (cover the original label)
- Download and print the label if needed

You can also contact UPS to schedule a pick‑up.
For rugs 300 × 400 cm and larger, please contact customer service.
These are handled by Dachser due to special transport requirements.
