As a consumer, when you buy from us, you have a 14-day cooling-off period, in which you have the right to cancel the purchase.
This cooling-off period expires 14 days after the day on which you received your goods.
The return of your parcel and goods is free of charge if (i) you use our return label, (ii) you use UPS as the freight carrier and (iii) the goods you are returning are smaller than 300x400cm.
You can return the parcel by using this return portal here or by using standard cancellation form.
For rugs that is from size 300x400 and above please contact our customer service to schedule a pick-up. For these sizes we use carrier Dachser for special handling.

ROCCELLA
Material at the centre
For designer Marie-Louise Rosholm, material is always the starting point. This approach is reflected in Roccella, where the composition is reduced to its essentials in order to let the fibres and weave take centre stage.
Drawn to sisal for its natural sheen and colour depth, Marie-Louise describes the fibre as having a lustre that, when dyed, creates a depth rarely achieved with other fibres.
A DESIGN REFINED OVER TIME
The development of Roccella spans many years and is closely tied to Linie Design’s collaboration with skilled artisan weavers in India.
During a visit in 2009, Marie-Louise Rosholm worked directly with weaving workshops in India to develop early sisal designs. Sisal’s demanding nature required time, experimentation and technical expertise. Originally, Roccella combined wool and sisal. However, a later reassessment led to a fundamental redesign. As a result, Roccella is now crafted exclusively from linen and sisal.

Roccella is designed by textile designer Marie-Louise Rosholm. She is the founder of MLR Studio and brings four decades of experience in clothing textiles, home textiles and technical textiles.
